A couple of weeks ago we wrote about how Apple posted a job for a handwriting recognition engineer to create technology that “may extend beyond Mac OS X to other applications and the iPhone.” With that we were wondering if Apple has plans in the works to incorporate handwriting recognition into the iPhone. If you happened to be near the Visitor’s Center this morning, you might have noticed some dapper and intimidating looking folks perusing the area, and we’re not talking about tourists with floral patterned shirts and hefty digital SLRs.
